• No bookings for hen & stag parties, nor corporate bookings. Our cottage is no smoking & no pets.
• Booking includes bedding, towels and access to the exclusive Lower Mill Estate spa & other facilities as well as Ultrafast fibre (400Mb) internet access.
• Bookings are in accordance with UK government regulations.
